Dr. Colin Young
Dr. Colin Young is a cosmetic dentist at Dental Studio of Macarthur in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He grew up in Orem, Utah. He completed his undergraduate education at Utah Valley University and attended dental school at Roseman College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Young has had extensive training in implants, cosmetic and restorative Dentistry with over 400 hours of continuing education. He is extremely passionate about dentistry and loves helping his patients smile again! In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, being outdoors and rooting on his favorite college football team.
Dr. Elizabeth Schmidt, DDS
Dr. Elizabeth Schmidt, DDS, is a general dentist at Dental Studio of MacArthur in Oklahoma City. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, she earned her undergraduate degree in Applied Sciences with a focus in Chemistry and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before going on to receive her dental degree from the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Schmidt chose dentistry because it offers a unique blend of hands-on clinical work, a strong scientific foundation, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients. She also values the entrepreneurial side of the profession and the ability to grow within it. She is passionate about helping patients in a variety of ways, from relieving pain to restoring confidence in their smiles, while supporting their overall health.
Her top priority is ensuring that every patient feels heard, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Schmidt strives to create a positive experience at each visit, building trust and encouraging patients to feel confident in returning for their care.
Dr. Schmidt comes from a large family with four brothers and one sister, all raised in New Orleans, and is the first dentist in her family. She has also enjoyed serving underserved communities through mission trips and local community clinics and hopes to continue this work throughout her career.
Outside of the office, Dr. Schmidt enjoys traveling, running, biking, playing tennis, throwing pottery, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
